The building is composed of elements of very clear geometry communicated with each other. This arrangement is chosen to have the freedom to extend each element on the ground according to the functional needs of each piece and on the other hand to better integrate into the environment. A clear and simple topological scheme is necessary: a succession of elements arranged in a single bay, with a rear distribution gallery and communicated with each other. 

The elements are of a closed and transparent geometry. The intrinsic arrangement of each of them follows obvious rules of orthogonality, which implies constructive rationality. The choice of orthogonal elements has been made a priori. 

The chaining of cells favors the building's path from one use to another, enjoying the exterior space in which different and interesting spaces are generated by zigzagging the walls of the enclosure, in its dialogue with the environment.
