LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESCAPE WITH VOLVO SWEEPSTAKES

1.- Organizing Company

The commercial entity Vehículos y personas, S.L. with CIF B-13277439 (hereinafter Volvo Vypsa) and address at Calle Esteban de Cabrera, 6. 14014 Córdoba, Spain, will carry out a contest in its social networks in accordance with the legal conditions of participation that will be indicated in the following clauses.

Scope and Duration

The activity will take place in Malaga. This Sweepstakes is void outside the aforementioned jurisdiction, as well as where prohibited or restricted by law.

The drawing will take place on June 10.

Participation in the Sweepstakes will be from June 3 to June 9 at 23.59h, 2024.

The Sweepstakes is intended to reward users who have followed the indications of the copy published on Volvo Vypsa's Instagram account @vypsavolvo.

3.- Requirements for participation

Participation is open to:

• All individuals over 18 years of age.
• That they are registered in the city of Malaga.
• Who meet the requirements mentioned in the copy published on the Instagram profile @vypsavolvo.

You will not be able to participate:

• The personnel of Volvo Car España, or persons professionally linked to it, as well as their relatives up to the second degree in direct line (parents and grandparents) and up to the fourth degree in collateral line (uncles, aunts, uncles and cousins).
• Volvo Vypsa personnel, or persons professionally linked to it, as well as their relatives up to the second degree in direct line (parents and grandparents) and up to the fourth degree in collateral line (uncles, aunts, uncles and cousins).
• Companies, as well as their employees who have a direct business relationship with Volvo Car España or Volvo Vypsa.

If any of the persons excluded from participation is a winner, he/she will lose his/her right to obtain the prize won and the prize will be awarded to the next person who meets the valid participation conditions from among the designated alternates.

4.- Prize

All users who meet the requirements mentioned in the copy published on Instagram by @vypsavolvo will apply to the raffle to ENJOY AN EX30 FOR A WEEKEND.

To enjoy the prize, the winner will be contacted and must expressly accept the prize and provide his/her personal information.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for its cash equivalent, and the deadline to enjoy it is until 30/09/2024. To acquire the vehicle, the winner will have to sign a vehicle loan document to enjoy the prize, according to Volvo's general model.

Note: The prize is subject to availability at the VYPSA concession in Malaga for use on the weekend from that Friday at 12:00 and return to the same facilities on Monday before 10:00.

5.- Mechanics of the contest

Users will be able to participate through the Instagram social network @vypsavolvo following the mechanics below:

Follow the account @vypsavolvo and @openhousemalaga .

Like the publication and mention a friend in comments (only valid users).

The more comments the more chances to win.

This information will be included in the copy of the publication.

The mechanics to proceed to the draw will be through a computer tool, app or other system chosen by Vypsa.

6.- Communication to the winner

Volvo Vypsa will be responsible for contacting the winner once the contest is over and managing the prize via telephone or email.

The contest will end on June 9th. On June 10 the winner will be contacted by MD (direct message on Instagram) to give us their details: full name, ID, telephone, email, document proving residence in Malaga and valid driving license).

In the event that, for any reason, the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize within 48 hours from the time of communication, renounces the prize or it is impossible to locate him/her, we will proceed to contact the alternates, who will have 24 hours to accept the prize; in the event that for any reason the 5 alternates of the winners do not accept, renounce, or it is impossible to locate them, the prize will be declared void.

The mere fact of participating in this promotion implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

7.- Taxation of the award

Any fiscal repercussion that the awarding of the prize may have on the winner will be at his/her own expense.

Reservations and limitations

Volvo Vypsa intends that the competition between the different participants in the Promotion is made with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. Therefore, any abusive or fraudulent use of these Legal Bases will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the Promotion.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall be understood, by way of example, but not limited to, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the website is detected; the abuse of server queries and all those behaviors that may be abusive and/or malicious, in the opinion of the organizers.

The verification of any of these circumstances during the Promotion will result in automatic disqualification from the Promotion, as well as the forfeiture of the prize if awarded.

Volvo Vypsa is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.

Likewise, it is not responsible for any possible loss, deterioration, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the prizes.

Volvo Vypsa reserves the right to take legal action against any person who performs any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the promotion and that could damage the image of Volvo Cars or Volvo Vypsa.

Volvo Vypsa is exonerated from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the services by means of which participation in the promotion takes place, to the lack of usefulness that users may have attributed to the same, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses through the Internet, or telephone communications enabled for this purpose.

Volvo Vypsa reserves the right to make changes in order to ensure the success of the Promotion when just cause or force majeure prevents it from being carried out in the manner set forth in these Rules.

Volvo Vypsa reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the Promotion, as well as the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and, after a justified explanation, to declare the contest void.

Volvo Vypsa reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this promotion, should exceptional circumstances arise that prevent it from being carried out, communicating such circumstances in such a way as to avoid any prejudice to the participants in the promotion.

Volvo Vypsa, as organizer of the contest, will not be responsible for delays, losses or damages for reasons not attributable to Volvo Vypsa. Volvo Vypsa will also not be liable for cases of force majeure that may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of his prize.

Likewise, Volvo Vypsa will be exempt from any liability in the event of any of the aforementioned cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize. Volvo Vypsa is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind arising from the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the web site through which the promotion is participated in, from the lack of usefulness that users may have attributed to the same and, in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses through the Internet.

Volvo Vypsa reserves the right to eliminate from the promotion for justified cause any user who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the promotion, without the rest of the participants being entitled to any indemnity or compensation whatsoever.

9.- Data protection

For the purposes provided in the Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image, it is established that the acceptance of the prize by the winners, implies the express granting of the authorization provided in Article 2 to VEHÍCULOS Y PERSONAS, S.L. to use their name and surname, as well as their image, in any public activity or dissemination related to this promotion, without being entitled to remuneration or obtaining any benefit other than the award of the prize. The refusal will imply the automatic waiver of the prize.

The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated file of personal data, being VEHÍCULOS Y PERSONAS, S.L. owner and responsible for that file, and for the purpose of being able to manage the same draw. VEHICLES AND PEOPLE, SL ensures

full compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this promotion, especially with regard to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants. Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation by sending a request to the e-mail address vypsa@vypsa.es or to the following address: Pol. Ind. 10.- Acceptance of the Bases.

The mere participation implies acceptance of these Rules, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a result, VEHÍCULOS Y PERSONAS, S.L. will be released from compliance with the obligation contracted with the participant.

Also, participation in the Contest implies the participant's authorization for the exhibition and public communication of the work in public places, with or without entry fee, as well as its incorporation into the digital channels of VEHÍCULOS Y PERSONAS, S.L. (website, Facebook page, Twitter profile, Instagram profile), without limitation in the territorial, national and international scope. Also, VEHÍCULOS Y PERSONAS, S.L. shall have the right to reproduce and distribute the work in any print media for the purpose of dissemination and promotion of the Contest.

Any person who does not agree with these Rules must refrain from participating in the Contest.

11.- Competent Jurisdiction.

For any doubts that may arise from the interpretation of this document, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Cordoba, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
