It is a small building in the form of a tower that is located inside a "corrala" or courtyard of neighbors and it must be taken into account that there are neighbors in the houses. The meeting point will be in the Plaza Imagen in front of the entrance of the houses. From there the group will access the courtyard.
The Camarín de las Monjas, is located in the inner courtyard of a residential building in the Perchel Norte neighborhood of Malaga. It was built in 1713 when it was still part of a chapel that belonged to the Brotherhood of Rosario de la Aurora.
It is an octagonal brick building just over 13 meters high. The roof is developed by means of a spire with glazed ceramic tiles. In the interior, the ovoid dome stands out, whose ribs and sectors are profusely decorated with plasterwork with vegetal motifs and elements of Marian iconography. The segments between the ribs present floral decoration with undulating rhythm with floral decorations, heads of cherubs that occupy almost the whole sector, wrapping some reliefs of the Virgin and some cartouches under those where some popular couplets dedicated to the Virgin of the Aurora can be read.
